As someone who enjoys analysing femininity and womanhood, I have observed that now, certain forms of femininity are being demonised.
We try to force upon a model of femininity as the ideal and create polarity.
I deal with femininity from the Jungian psychology framework. So, it baffles me when we demonise the “boss babes” as masculine.
I’d bet all my coins to assert that why many boss babes fail in interpersonal relationships is simply because they haven’t learnt to navigate and blend the masculine and feminine energies in them.
It’s not because they’re masculine. They only have to integrate and flow into who they naturally are.
They do not have to shun their drive, or natural strengths and fit into a pretzel to “be feminine.”
They’re Sage women and their seduction archetype is the Boss or Sophisticate.
Cleopatra is the saint patron of that archetype. Amal Clooney is a real life example.
Women need to learn full self realisation. Know thyself and take charge of your destiny.
You can be the boss or sophisticate and still enjoy a blissful marriage or relationship filled with polarity. You can also be really feminine – the way you’re supposed to be, void of the shackles of the Patriarchy.
It took me a while to understand this.
I have wits, strategy and wisdom. I’m in no way passive. I love creating. I love seeing my creations. I love nurturing as well. I embody wisdom…
And on careers…
As someone who loves the soft life where I can work in accordance to my lunar cycle, I also understand that this is a male centric world.
I’m not deluded. I also know that soft life is the dividend of my actions and creation. I cannot compare myself to a upper middle class woman from the West.
I’m not going to run away from a career and work. Nope, I’m learning the game, playing it and rising above it. Learning principles of wealth and abundance. Building.
Climbing a corporate ladder while prioritising self care and boundaries. Picking my lessons. Then emerging to create something for women.
We can’t all do femininity the same way. There are core principles for life and especially for women, true.

Stop Killing parts of YOU to conform. Stop acting based on fear and Scarcity.
And honestly, if your archetype is not the Sage but you force yourself to be a boss woman out of trauma, you need to heal cos you’d definitely suffer.
Remember, you never have to prove your worth. You’re valuable by just BEING.
So…I could never relate to those who heal and become less ambitious.
I love power. I love knowledge. I make impact for women by creating structures for us.
Some other women make impact by teaching. Some make impact through laws.
